Based in Lincoln and Nottingham, we proudly serve graduates across England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Ireland, and the Isle of Man.

Our Story

How We Started

Our story began in 2022, when the co-founders James and Luke were discussing the state of the market, and how it had changed in the last few years. From the working shift of COVID to the mass layoffs, we remarked at the dire state and how challenging it was for juniors entering the market.

Then, in mid 2025, after Luke had been recruiting for a year, we had our big realisation. The job market is failing high potential early-career professionals, particularly around the LinkedIn application process.

We realised that LinkedIn had become a numbers game, where graduates were making hundreds of applications and getting little to no feedback, and employers were being inundated with thousands of applications they couldn't possibly review properly.

Since then we've been building our unique platform, strengthening our three previous years of connections and growing our team to ensure we can offer support at larger scales.

The Challenge

For Graduates

Our friend Chester applied to 122 entry-level roles over two months. The result? One interview.

Automated rejections, silence and no actionable feedback. Chester felt disheartened and that he wasn't good enough for his dream role.

Candidates are forced into a demoralising, exhausting numbers game submitting hundreds of applications just to get noticed by an algorithm, and most often with zero feedback as to why they were rejected.

For Employers

Luke received 2,000+ applications for a single junior tech role, highlighting how competitive the market was becoming.

Giving each application just 5 minutes of time would take over a month of continuous work.

Employers are buried with so much noise and data that they're forced to rely on systems and algorithms to filter applications, risking the rejection of genuinely strong candidates.

The system is broken. We're here to fix it with a human-first, targeted approach.
